Refunds & Cancellation

GlowUp AI sells credits for AI photo transformations. Each credit is a one-time purchase, is consumed when a transformation runs, and does not expire. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel or auto-renew.

Failed transformations

If a transformation fails for any technical reason, no credit is charged — the credit stays in your balance for you to try again. You are never billed for a result we couldn't deliver.

Billing errors

If you were charged but the credits were not added to your account, or you were charged more than once for the same purchase, email us within 7 days and we will refund the affected amount in full.

Unused credit packs

If you have not used any of the credits from a purchase, you may request a full refund of that pack within 7 days of payment. Once one or more credits from a pack have been used, that pack becomes non-refundable, since the AI transformations are digital goods delivered and consumed on use.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to request a refund

Email glowup.supporter@gmail.com from the address on your account, with your registered email and the payment reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
